NEX brings together Function Staff — launched in 2007 and grown into one of New Zealand’s largest temp hospitality staffing providers — and NexDo, the technology-led cleaning company founded in 2020. Merged in 2025, NEX is a New Zealand-owned group of 2,000+ people delivering outsourced housekeeping, commercial cleaning, short-stay servicing and hospitality staffing for hotels and venues across the country.
The operation runs on our own technology — NEXConnect, NEXCentral and NEXCheck — so every room, area and shift is dispatched, inspected and reported in real time.
